To the french republic president Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy:
Esteemed French republic president
With greeting and eternal esteem
Mr Nicolas Sarkozy
You are the president of a country that has been the place of culture and civilization in Europe in the important historical periods.
There, it has accommodated the largest associations of bright minded, thoughtful people and effective writers. Your kind co-nationals have sent the abstract and concrete humanistic helps to the people of the countries in crisis.
I am writing to you from a land that is one of the wealthiest countries in all aspects in the world. But its people are contaminated by different kind of poverty and miseries, thoughtful and bright minded people had to escape.
In our land any critic or protest is put down in the name of religious orders execution because its governors know themselves as the substitutions of god and official heritage of prophets in the world. they know the people`s wealth, mind and spirit as their own properties and the authority of the country sources and wealth as their proper right.
You as the worldwide protector of peace,
The reason of stroke against me- despite of being the greatest independent religious association in Iran having many followers inside and outside of Iran-was representation of peaceful opinion and aggressive less of non-political religion that took place upon valid documents and therefore threatened the governmental Mullahs.
My real guilt was protesting against misusing religion for personal benefits, dictatorial aims and obvious protest against "velayat-e faqih" that they want to substitute by any kind of false gossip and artificial accuses. but not having an advocate or physician and not presenting the worldwide newscasters in my courts would prove the realities.
Despite our activities were not political or security, they imposed us such tortures, oppressions and privations that pens or expresses can not present it qualitatively and quantitatively.
The hundred percent news boycott against us will prevent reflection of relevant realities. therefore I ask the first position of the country of thought and pen who is one of the most effective leaders in the European union to control it as soon as possible in order to be taken place the appropriate steps in the united nations and European union by being presented the relevant cases.
now that your international innovations and outstanding approaches have been concerned by the worldwide society and have created a new hope for solving the international critics, I insistedly ask you to order a more effective movement in supporting the put down Iranian people who are closed in the suffocation worse than medieval one.

با عرض سلام و تقديم احترام

آقاي رئيس جمهور،‌

شما رهبر سرزميني هستيد كه در دوره‌هاي مهم تاريخي، مهد فرهنگ و تمدن اروپا بوده و بزرگترين اجتماع از روشنفكران و متفكران و نويسندگان تاثيرگزار اروپا را در خود جاي داده و همچنين هموطنان مهربان شما طي د‌هه‌هاي اخير همواره نسبت به مردم كشورهاي بحران‌زده، كمكهاي بشر‌دوستانه‌ي مادي و معنوي گسيل داشته‌اند.

عاليجناب،

از سرزميني به شما نامه مي‌نويسم كه از ثروتمندترين كشورهاي جهان در همه‌ي زمينه‌هاست ولي مردم آن به انواع فقر و فلاكت مبتلا گشته‌اند و مغزهاي متفكر و روشنفكرانش مجبور به فرار شده‌اند. در سرزمين ما، هر اعتراض و انتقادي را به اسم اجراي دستورات ديني سركوب مي‌كنند چراكه دولتمردان آن خود را جانشين خداوند و وارث رسمي پيامبران در زمين مي‌دانند و مالكيت بر جان و مال و ناموس ملت و اختيارداري ذخائر و ثروتهاي كشور را حق خود مي‌دانند!

اي پاسدار صلح جهاني،

علت كودتا برعليه من با آنكه صاحب بزرگترين جمعيت مستقل مذهبي در ايران هستم و همفكران و علاقمندان بسياري در داخل و خارج دارم ارائه‌ي نظرات مسالمت‌آميز و خشونت‌ستيز از دين بود كه با استناد به مآخذ معتبر صورت گرفت و منافع ملاهاي حكومتي را به خطر انداخت، جرم واقعي من اعتراض به سوء استفاده از دين براي اهداف استبدادي و مخالفت علني با "ولايت فقيه" است كه مي‌خواهند آنرا با انواع شايعات دروغ واتهامات ساختگي جابجا كنند ولي ممانعت ازحضور نمايندگان خبرگزاريها در محاكماتم و محروميت از حق داشتن وكيل و پزشك، راه قضاوت منصفانه بين من و آنها را براي وجدانهاي بيدار هموار كرده است.

باوجود آنكه فعاليتهاي ما سياسي و امنيتي نبوده ولي آنچنان بر ما انواع شكنجه‌ها و آزارها و محروميتها را تحميل كردند كه قلم و بيان قادر نيست كيفيت و كميت آنرا ترسيم كند و بايكوت صددرصد خبري بر عليه ما مانع از انعكاس حقايق مربوطه مي‌باشد، فلذا بدينوسيله از عاليترين مقام كشور انديشه و قلم كه جزء تاثيرگذارترين رهبران اتحاديه‌ي اروپا هستند، تقاضاي رسيدگي عاجل دارم تا با طرح موضوعات مربوطه در سازمان ملل متحد و اتحاديه‌ي اروپا ، اقدامات مقتضي صورت پذيرد.

بزرگوارا،

اكنون كه نوآوريها و راهكارهاي برجسته‌ي حضرتعالي در سطح بين‌المللي، مورد توجه جامعه جهاني قرار گرفته است و اميد تازه‌اي براي حل بحرانهاي بين‌المللي ايجاد كرده است، ملتمسانه درخواست مي‌كنم تا حركت مؤثري براي حمايت از توده‌هاي ملت سركوب‌شده‌ي ايراني كه در حصار خفقان شديدتر از قرون وسطائي قرار گرفته‌اند انجام گيرد.
